Rather than lecturing IT managers about all the dangers facing their companies, we tapped into their fandom of the cyber security themed Mr. Robot and created our very own cyber villain:
The Wolf. We created an epic 4-part series starring Christian Slater as a vigilante hacker hell bent on exposing all the vulnerabilities in the system, one business at a time. Each episode dramatized the latest hacking trends, positioning HP’s security offering as the best way to stop them, while creating countless new fans of the brand.

Along with the four short films and the more than fifty pieces of ancillary content we generated from them, we also created the entire visual language for the program, along with a global social campaign and a new product focused website.
OUTCOMES:
Due to the overwhelming success of the work, HP’s security offering was aptly renamed HP Wolf Security.
Since deploying the campaign, HP has gained the most ground as a “Leader in Endpoint Security,” increasing 4pts globally and moving up to the #1 spot.
